I take issue with this because Ohio DOES NOT have a neutral accent. They have that really annoying, high-pitched whine to their voices. Think Wisconsin. Indiana and Illinois deffo don't have an accent. Except for Chicago, which is similar to Ohio minus the annoying factor.
